*Data files: EC-77xx - EC-80xx.

*Format: Station data file format of the NATO TU-BS project.

*Ship name: Marea or Palamida (RMRI, Constantza, Romania).

*Expedition:Periodically cruises between 1977 and 1980, 1 transect
with 5 stations, east of Constantza.

*Parameters: Zoobenthos total biomass (g/m2).

*Instruments and methods: Sampling on depths on bathymetric zones:10-20 m,
20-30m,30-40 m,40-50 m with Van Veen grab(1/20m2); samples treated on

0.25mm and 0.10 mm mesh screen; animals were removed under a microscope,
identified to species and counted. The biomasses of the organisms smaller
than 2 mm were calculated using tables of weights and of those larger
than 2 mm by weighting.
