Description:
*Data file(s): ML16BOT.DAT

*Format: station data file format (NATO TU-Black Sea project).

*Ship (station) name: Mikhail Lomonosov (MHI NASU, Ukraine).

*Expedition: cruise 16

*Parameters: depth (meters), temperature (degC), salinity (ppt),
O2 (ml/l), Alk (mg-ekv/l), PO4 (ug-at/l), H2S (mg/l)

*Instruments and methods: Nansen's bottles
Dissolved oxygen - Winkler's method.
Hydrogen sulphide was determined by iodometric back titration
and by photometric method with ethyl-oxyethyl-p-phenilene
  diamin and Fe(III).
Phosphates - there is no any information in the cruise report.
Probably, phosphates were determined by photometric method.
Solution of SnCl2 was used for reduction of complex -
  H7P(Mo2O7)6.
Alkalinity - there is no any information in the cruise report.

*Accuracy:

*Processing (if applied):

*Principal investigator(s): MHI NASU: T,S: A.S.Vasil'ev;
Chemistry" Pavlenko N.M., Maksimova M.P., Skopintsev B.A.,
Danilenko A.F., Khlistov A.Z.

*Digitization: Double-key entry at the MHI NASU in September,
1993. Responsible - A.Mishonov.

*Remarks: Individual analysis were caried out by qualified stuff,
but additional work is needed to verify as digitized data set, so
the accuracy of sampling and physical-chemical correlation of
data.

*Completed by: Sergei Konovalov, Alexey Mishonov (MHI NASU).

*Date: 25.03.1996.

*Source of data: MHI NASU, Ukraine
